About MIALAB

Research and teaching in the direction of bioinformatics include building mathematical models, developing computational methods and applying them to study the structure, network and dynamics of multi-body super-large protein interaction complexes. In the direction of machine learning, deep learning and big data methods are used to design new algorithm frameworks to solve the calculation of biological macromolecules and medical images.
