Mathematical Intelligence Application Laboratory Recruitment: Postdoctoral, welcome mathematics computer biology and physics and other background of outstanding doctoral condidates to apply, to create new achievements in scientific research. Enrollment: Bioinformatics, biomathematics, and machine learning recruit doctoral students, master students and undergraduates who are interested in scientific research in the three fields of bioinformatics, biomathematics and machine learning. (1) Introduction to Bioinformatics: This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics, and the research direction is to develop new mathematical models and calculation methods, and apply them to calculate the structure and function of biological macromolecules such as proteins. The current focus is on using knowledge of comlex networks, graph theory, and statistics to build new models and algorithms for multi-body protein interactions. It is also developing models and algorithms for topological analysis and precise positioning of super-large molecular structures using knowledge such as compressed sending and machine learning. (2) Introduction to Applied Mathematics: This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics. At present, if focuses on building new differential equation models to solve the problem of disjointed molecular biology on the ensemble and indicidual scales. At the ensemble level, experimental operations can ajust the solution concentration, while at the individual level, theoretical calculations can study the behavior of individual atoms and molecules, but the relationship between the two is unclear. We are committed to building a mathematical bridge to merge the tow scales. (3) Introduction to Machine Learning direction: This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics. At present, it focuses on the construction of new machine learning algorithms and image recognition algorithms to solve the structure of multi-body protein interaction super-compounds and the calculation and prediction of autism and pancreatic tumors.
