Recruitment

Postdoctoral Positions Open
We welcome outstanding doctoral candidates with backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, biology, and physics to apply. Join us to create new achievements in scientific research.
Student Enrollment Open
We are recruiting doctoral students, master students, and undergraduates interested in scientific research in three fields: bioinformatics, biomathematics, and machine learning.

Research Directions

Bioinformatics
This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics, focusing on developing new mathematical models and computational methods. We apply them to calculate the structure and function of biological macromolecules such as proteins. Current focus includes using knowledge of complex networks, graph theory, and statistics to build new models and algorithms for multi-body protein interactions.
Applied Mathematics
This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics, currently focusing on building new differential equation models to solve the problem of disjointed molecular biology on ensemble and individual scales. We are committed to building a mathematical bridge to merge these two scales.
Machine Learning
This enrollment major belongs to applied mathematics, focusing on the construction of new machine learning algorithms and image recognition algorithms. We aim to solve the structure of multi-body protein interaction super-compounds and calculation and prediction of autism and pancreatic tumors.
