About TCG Server

TCG server is used to predict whether two single chains of a tetramer protein interact or not and maintained by MIALAB at Renmin University of China.

Submitting Jobs

  • Input Requirements: Four PDB files as input
  • File Format: PDB format files only
  • File Naming: "proteinname_chainname.pdb" (e.g., "1a4y_A.pdb")
  • Multiple Files: Users can provide their own PDB file with only one chain

Job Output

  • Content: Interaction prediction for each chain pair
  • Format: Binary result (1 or 0)
  • Performance: Processing time included
  • Delivery: Email notification when complete
