TCG server is used to predict whether the two single chains of a tetramer protein interact or not and maintained by MIALAB at Renmin University of China.
- Submitting Jobs:
This server requires four PDB files as input. Users can provide their own PDB file with only one chain. Each file is named protein name and single chain name, connected by underscore, and the file format is pdb, for example, "1a4y_A.pdb".
- Job Output:
You will receive the predicted result of interaction between each two chains respectively, where 1 represents the predicted result of interaction and 0 represents no interaction. And we will show the time(s) used in this prediction .
