Tetramer server is a tetramer complex interface residue pair prediction program based on LSTM network combined with graph representations authored and maintained by MIALAB at Renmin University of China.
Submitting Jobs:
This server requires four PDB files as input. Users can provide their own PDB file with only one chain.
Email Address:
The server will send a link to the prediction results to the email address you enter.
Job Output:
You will receive six files, each of which is the prediction result of two chains of the four. The file shows that the residue pairs formed by the two chains are the interface residue pairs in descending order of probability. In other words, the higher the ranking, the more likely it is an interface residue pair.
